2. Sources and Categories of Processed Personal Data
- The controller processes personal data that you have provided or personal data that the controller has obtained based on the fulfillment of your order.
- The controller processes your identification and contact details, as well as data necessary for fulfilling the contract.
3. Legal Basis and Purpose of Processing Personal Data
- The legal basis for processing personal data is
- the fulfillment of the contract between you and the controller according to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
- your consent to the processing for the purposes of direct marketing (in particular for sending commercial messages and callbacks on contact details submitted via the contact form) according to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR in connection with Section 7(2) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, in cases where no order for goods or services has been placed.
- The purpose of processing personal data is
- to process your order and exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; personal data required for the successful completion of the order (such as name, address, contact) is requested when placing an order. Providing personal data is a necessary requirement for concluding and fulfilling the contract, without which it is not possible to conclude the contract or for the controller to fulfill it.
- The controller does not engage in automated individual decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. You have given your explicit consent for such processing.
4. Data Retention Period
- The controller stores personal data
- for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller, and to enforce claims from these contractual relationships (for 15 years after the termination of the contractual relationship).
- After the personal data retention period has expired, the controller deletes the personal data.
5. Recipients of Personal Data (Controller's Subcontractors)
- Recipients of personal data are individuals
- involved in the delivery of goods / services / execution of payments based on the contract,
- involved in ensuring the operation of services.
- The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (outside the EU) or to an international organization. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services / cloud services.
6. Your Rights
- Under the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- the right to access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR,
- the right to rectification of personal data under Article 16 GDPR, or restriction of processing under Article 18 GDPR,
- the right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 GDPR,
- the right to object to processing under Article 21 GDPR, and
- the right to data portability under Article 20 GDPR,
- the right to withdraw consent for processing in writing or electronically to the controller's address or email as specified in Article III of these terms.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated.
7. Conditions for Securing Personal Data
- The controller declares that they have taken all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data.
- The controller has implemented technical measures to secure data storage and physical personal data storage, particularly through antivirus protection.
- The controller declares that only authorized individuals have access to personal data.
